Bookings & Arrivals

All services are available by appointment only. To reserve a service, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The card will only be charged in two cases: a deposit fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or the total service fee if the client is a no-show.

Rescheduling/Cancellations/No-Shows

Reschedule or Cancel

We value your business and strive to respect everyone’s time. Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge for the service booked. This policy helps us manage time, income, and availability. 

Late Arrival

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Each appointment is scheduled to allow the full enjoyment of the service, so late arrivals may limit the time we have together. Please text your practitioner if you’re running late. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, incurring the 50% service fee.

No-Show

A “no-show” means not attending your appointment, regardless of any prior confirmation. No-shows are responsible for the 50%  payment of services booked. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access. Please reach out to Sonia directly in exceptional situations.

Illness

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please cancel your appointment, regardless of the severity. Cancellations made within 48 hours due to illness are still subject to the late cancellation policy. Arriving sick will result in being asked to leave and charged as a no-show.

Note

If your appointment was booked without a credit card and a late, reschedule, or no-show policy applies, you’ll receive an invoice. This must be paid before making future bookings.

Payment Methods

Cash is preferred (please bring exact amount), Visa and MasterCard, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle.
Taxes and gratuities are not included in the service price.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the service price and are preferred in cash. Typically, gratuities in the spa industry range from 15% to 20% of the total treatment cost, though they are entirely at your discretion. While very much appreciated as a gesture for the time and care given, gratuities are never expected.

Returns & Exchanges

All products, treatments, and Future virtual services are not refundable or transferable.

Specials/Promo/Sales can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or online vouchers.
